Comper, the Software Intelligence platform helping engineering leaders see, understand, and control their software landscape, has appointed Adam Castle as Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Castle brings more than 20 years of experience scaling technology and product organisations across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, and New Zealand. He has held senior roles at Miro, Sympower, Cybersprint (acquired by Darktrace), and RIPE NCC, building a career grounded in security, software development practices, and internet infrastructure.

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Comper. As AI-generated code enters production at unprecedented speed, engineering teams face a growing visibility crisis. Comper's platform gives organisations the context they need to understand what is actually running in their software estate and why it matters.

Adam Castle, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Comper
"I didn't just see the potential. I loved the experience. Comper is building the exact product the industry needs at this precise moment."

— Adam Castle, CPTO

Castle's appointment strengthens Comper's leadership team as the company prepares to scale its go-to-market and product development functions.

Jouke Waleson, Founder, Comper:

"Adam understood our vision from day one, and is exactly the right person to scale our product into enterprise. He has experience building products that are highly collaborative, secure, and mission critical. We need those for Comper itself, but also for helping our customers navigate their landscapes. He understands the problem we are solving from the inside. That matters enormously as we move into our next phase of growth."
